The Nordic Space Training Academy (NSTA) offers a unique opportunity to experience human spaceflight firsthand. We organize tours to the restricted territory of the Helsinki Space Campus and provide extreme tourism programs on active space simulators.
Guided Tour Programs
Visit the unique facilities of the Academy: the massive centrifuge, the neutral buoyancy laboratory, spacecraft simulators, and ISS module mockups. You will learn how crews are actually prepared before flying into orbit.
Centrifuge Training
Experience the G-forces that astronauts feel during a rocket launch and descent back to Earth. The program is conducted under the strict supervision of the Academy's medical personnel.
Space Suit Fitting Experience
Feel like a real astronaut by trying on an actual rescue spacesuit used by crews flying to the ISS. Photography is allowed while seated in the custom-molded seat of a spacecraft simulator.
