ISS crew successfully completed a spacewalk

Our astronauts have completed the integration of new scientific equipment on the outer surface of the station. The operation took over 6 hours, and all tasks were executed nominally.

A new group of candidates started survival training

The Nordic Space Training Academy has begun survival training sessions in extreme conditions for the new intake of test astronauts. The training is taking place in the northern forested and marshy areas.

Open Day at the Space Center gathered a record number of guests

Over 500 schoolchildren and students visited the unique NSTA simulators last weekend. The kids were able to chat with active astronauts and try on elements of a spacesuit.

Upgrade of training facilities in the neutral buoyancy laboratory

Academy specialists have successfully completed the installation of a new research module mockup at the bottom of the neutral buoyancy pool. This will expand the range of simulated operations.
